 1.29 DELTRAN EVP - Coil Cleaning & Evaporating Chemicals |
Description :
Deltran EVP is a liquid combination of organic polyelectrolytes containing antifoaming agent. It is miscible with water in all proportions. It is used for prevention of scale in high & low pressure evaporators. Although the best results can be obtained by starting the use of Deltran EVP on clean evaporators, Deltran EVP can improve the performance of evaporators which has not been descaled. Deltran EVP does not contain any harmful ingredient which will carry over with steam & thereby it can be used on evaporators which produce fresh water for drinking & culinary purposes. Since, Deltran EVP does not contain phosphates in any form, it does not form adherant shages.

Dosage & Application :
Deltran EVP is diluted with fresh water and directly fed to evaporator inlet. It can be dosed by proportioning pump or by gravity feeding system through flew meter. Dosage should be abou 30 -50 ml per ton rated capacity
Handling & Storage Instruction :
Use gloves and safety glasses while handling the product, though the product is very safe to handle.

1.30 PROTECTA SS - Rust preventive Oil |
Introduction :
It is a thin soft film type protective applied by dipping or brush on any type of surface. The film can be easily removed by kerosene,diesel oil whenever required.
Useful for ferrous as well as Bimetallic surfaces.

PROTECTA 30 H - Rust preventive Oil |
Introduction :
Protecta 30H is a hard film type solvent deposited resionous to use rust preventive for exterior suface of machinery, pipes, casting where in case of removal of its film is not a major consideration. Since its film is transparent and tough, they sre not recommended for the moving parts of machinery. Its protection period is much more than soft film type rust preventions. It is applied by dipping or brushing. It can be over painted.

1.32 DM – SEAL - Metal Filled Component |
Introduction :
DM - SEAL is supplied in two containers having resin & the other hardner in required quantities (10 = 1 by weight). It is essential to stir the contents of the resin container thoroughly before mixing it with hardner. It is to be mixed in the same proportion & mixed thoroughly with screw driver or rod until the mixture is completely uniform & lump free.
The surface on which it is to be used should be free from oil, rust, grease, paint & should not be dump. Roughening of surface with paper improve the adhesion.
Application :
DM - SEAL can be used to make jigs, fixtures, forming dies etc. It is ideal for repairs & maintenance in all types of industrial plants. It is useful for repairing pumps, valves, high pressure hydraulic pipeline, storage tanks, sewer pipes etc.
It is ideal for filling blow holes, cracks of Ferrous & Non- Ferrous castings, large & small incorrectly drilled holes in metal castings can be filled with DM
- SEAL & re - drilled property. It is useful for motor garages for repairing holes & leakages in engine blocks, repairing silencer pipes & sealing leakages in petrol tank, radiation etc. DM
- SEAL sets in 4 - 6 hrs. & can undergo normal machining operations after 24 hrs.
Note :
Although irritation potential of DM - SEAL is low, hands ahould be washed with water & soap & all traces of DM
- SEAL should be removed from the skin before it starts to cure. |
